Hello everyone,
I have had a pretty good day so far. I got up and took my daily walk. I of course, got my daily newspaper for all my coupons. I am cooking at the moment. My family and I are having turnip greens, barbecue ribs and some cornbread for dinner, yummmmmm.
I don't have a whole lot going on right now. I will be starting a diet soon and hopefully it works for me. I want to lose about 50-60 pounds. I will let everyone know how I am progressing on that.

Good luck on the diet. I want to lose about 20-30 pounds. I could have already I have just been lazy about doing the exercise. I started a program called P90X. It really works you out but I was sore for a week after I quit. I will try again, and tick to it this time.
